In an interview on "Ora e Fundit", the former President of the Partizani Club, Paro Laçi, spoke about the case of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. He said that the money stolen from Berisha will be returned to the state, while he praised the work of SPAK.
He also underlined that former Prime Minister Berisha committed the most serious crimes in the country.
Laçi recalled another serious episode, saying that the former prime minister gave an order for the murder of Marisa Lino, former American ambassador, an event according to him that was attempted in '97.
"Sali Berisha has the most serious crimes. Every Albanian should know that he has stolen, and the money stolen by Berisha will be returned to the state. But those money will be returned and America has faith in the new justice. Berisha has killed and attempted to kill people. Referring to a saying, which Ilir Meta said, "that I do not resign twice for Zeni". America knows very well a crime of Berisha's attempted murder in '97 for the ambassador. Berisha gave the order to kill the American ambassador. Berisha had started a fierce war with America. Berisha ordered us to hit the car of Marisa Lino in '97, the American ambassador. We were ordered to be killed, we were told in many epithets, this witch. We had information from where he would return and the moment he returned to we would add. We, on Berisha's order, went to verify whether the ambassador died or not," he said.
