SPAK has requested in the Special Appeal the change of the decision of the first instance, which found former Socialist MP Alqi Blako and former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka not guilty of the charge of "abuse of duty" for the Elbasan incinerator.
In the session that took place in Apel after several months of failure, prosecutors Klodian Braho and Arben Kraja requested that Blako be sentenced to 4 years in prison, with the benefit of a shortened trial of 2.8 years in prison, while for Koka, he also requested that the sentence for " misuse of duty".
The former minister was sentenced in the first degree of anti-corruption to 6.8 years in prison with a shortened trial.
Even for the Fieri incinerator, there are still no developments in the Court of Special Appeal, making the decision not final.
