Former prosecutor Shkëlqim Hajdari spoke about the recent actions of SPAK against the Berisha family and the call to testify of the leader of the Freedom Party, Mr. Ilir Meta.
According to him, Meta and Berisha were the inhibitors of the Justice Reform and it was this reform that brought them to justice today.
" All the pessimists and detractors of SPAK's work do not have inherent and objective arguments that SPAK is working unilaterally. Berisha and Meta have said that they are political processes. They have said it from the beginning and they were the inhibitors of the Justice Reform, here three years ago.
And apparently they were right that they didn't want the Justice Reform. No one else knows better than a man knows his own affairs. SPAK is working professionally. It will be a great disaster that for these issues and those that are expected, SPAK will have a blow in the understanding of the guilt of the persons.
Reform in Justice is working well. Part of the reform is the prosecution and the judiciary. SPAK blinked. We don't have the same pace as other prosecutions ", said the former deputy chief prosecutor.
