The former prosecutor Elizabeta Imeraj has shown the clash she had with the jihadists when she was dealing with a criminal case of theirs.
Invited to the show "Review" on Euronews Albania, as she spoke about the threats of judges and that they can come directly and indirectly.
She further added that the crime is not to feel so comfortable as to make plans to kill judges.
" If we refer to the first case, it is one of the most difficult cases we have had. It was a lot of psychological load. It was a difficult process that led to the disappearance of a phenomenon. We managed to bring criminal responsibility to those we considered to have committed criminal acts, but also to prevent Syria from going to Jihad. I don't want to refer to the concrete event.
The threats are direct and indirect. When we have had occasions to investigate former high officials, I can mention the media reaction, certain portals that make the prosecutor talk to himself. The crime is not to feel so comfortable as to make plans to kill judges ," she said.
