Today, the investigative structures of the State Police have seized 1 million euros of property belonging to Emirjan Beu, Syrjan Tola and Dorian Beu, three traffickers in Milan.
Durrës police have seized 1 fishing boat, 1 apartment, 1 garage, a coffee bar, 3 shops, 2 fishing companies along with their assets.
Emirjan Bey, whose assets were seized today by the Durrës police, is not an unknown name for the Albanian authorities.
He, in addition to being the brother of Florida Beu, who revealed the corruption scandal of the former Deputy Minister of the Interior Rovena Voda, has intervened earlier with the prosecutor of Kukes, Edmond Karriqi, for giving a bribe of 2 thousand euros for easing the security measure of a group of young people who were caught with drugs.
On June 30, 2021, along with prosecutor Karriqi, Emirjan Bey, Dritan Dedja and Isuf Bega were arrested.
Emirjan Bey is known as a businessman who owns fuel and fish trading companies.
