The National Council of the Territory has approved construction permits for 12 new towers in Tirana, which go up to 44 floors.
Among the beneficiaries of these permits is the former socialist MP, Sadri Abazi with his company Usluga. According to the decision of the KKT, this company has obtained a Development permit for the object: "Congress Center 5 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, Residential Building 40 floors above ground and 5 floors underground and Hotel Building 25 and 26 floors above ground and 5 floors underground, in Ruga "New Boulevard".
In this area, the project 'Tirana New Boulevard' will be built by the companies 'Smart Construction Invest' and 'Progreen' sh.pk. In this project, two buildings are foreseen, 41 and 44 floors above ground and 8 floors below ground.
The 44-storey tower becomes the second in Tirana after the project that has already started construction, 'Mountain of Tirana' in the former flower garden located behind the Palace of Culture in the center of the capital.
Other projects have been approved in the streets 'Muhamet Gjollesha', 'Fortuzi', 'Vaso Pasha', 'Hoxha Tahsin' and others.
