Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the January 21 investigation and his testimony at SPAK.
Hoxha said that he submitted the original to SPAK, although, according to him, with some concern, given that the materials are often missing or lost.
" I did not submit the originals due to my skepticism, as I have found in quite a few cases that the decisive evidence has been forgotten or disappeared somewhere and has lost its value. Since it was alluded to in the specific case that the tape was not original, in fact, as far as I know, it has not been submitted for examination. First, the laboratory we have does not examine old tape recorders, which means that we do not have this technology, while artificial intelligence has come into operation in recent years. In this specific case, it has not been examined. The moment I learned that it played its role in the case to move towards its clarification, there is a broad investigation. The tape is a funnel. I also took away this opportunity, I submitted the original. I verified it myself. I informed Aleks Nika's family and told them: 'Here, listen with your own ears to what happened' ", said Hoxha.
The journalist appeared at SPAK yesterday to submit the material, while we have to see how the investigations will continue as there has been no development so far.
