The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, was invited this Saturday to the show Revieë, in Euroneës Albania, where he spoke about the threats of the prosecutors from Laert Haxhiu's gang.
Karamuço stressed that the security protocols that protect the people of the justice system in Albania must change before we have victims.
He underlined that we should take the case of Italy as an example, where after the events of the 80s and 90s, the level of security of prosecutors and judges is extremely high.
Karamuço said that the cars of high-ranking people of justice should be equipped with antennas that block explosions in the distance. Something which the head of SPAK does not have according to him.
" If a serious incident happens with victims, prosecutors and judges, a very large analysis will be made afterwards, what were the duties that were taken with the physical security of the person.
What has happened in Italy is that all the security protocols that were undertaken before have been revolutionized.
In the 80s in Italy, the protocols were the same as they are today in Albania, one car, two cars, one guard. Today as we speak, as far as I have seen, the guards of some Anti-Mafia prosecutors keep their weapons ready, they do not wear them on their belts. When they put him in an armored car, they keep their weapons in their hands. They don't even know the itinerary, because they don't have the same one when they take it home. The antennas located in the car block in an area of 1 km/2 so that there is no detection in the distance. Do we have these? No, we don't have them. We have very sensitive issues that SPAK has, with people with sophisticated criminal support. We have the head of SPAK with an armored car but there is no antenna that stops the remote detonation of explosives ", said Karamuço.
