After the USA and the EU reacted to the threat to the lives of the two prosecutors Doloreza Musabelliu and Merita Selimi, a reaction has also come from the Embassy of the United Kingdom regarding these threats.

In a statement, the United Kingdom calls for all those working in the justice system to be free to carry out their duties.

"The United Kingdom expresses its concern regarding threats against investigators, prosecutors and judges in Albania. All those who work in the Justice System must be free to carry out their work, without fear or favor. The United Kingdom will continue to "to support them in their vital mission to guarantee the safety of Albanian citizens," the embassy announcement says.

It was the repentant justice, Artan Tafani, part of Laert Haxhi's gang of hired killers, who confessed the group's plans to eliminate SPAK prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu and former Lushnja prosecutor Merita Selimi, as well as a lawyer.
