Asked for permission to swear, Fredi Beleri accused Rama of: Political

Tonight's hearing for the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, who has requested special permission to be sworn in, was postponed to December 14.

The ambassador of Greece in Tirana, Konstantina Kamitsi, was also present at today's session at GJKKO.

It is known that in the session Beleri stated, among other things, that he has not been given the right for 7 months, adding that this is a political discrimination and the decisions are political.

"It is political discrimination, there are political decisions. I have not been given the right for 7 months," Beleri said.

In his testimony, Beleri stated that he has not been given the right for 7 months, as he accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of positioning himself before each session.

"I haven't been given the right that the citizens of Himare have given me for 7 months. It is political discrimination, there are political decisions. The Prime Minister positions himself before each session. The loser of the elections commands the municipality of Himara, this has not been seen in any country in the world. Loser to command the municipality. I would like this matter to end. I will seek justice in all courts, but also in international ones", said Beleri.
