The Special Court of Appeal postpones to January 29 the hearing of Fredi Beleri's request for special permission to be sworn in as mayor.

In today's session, Beler's lawyers requested the dismissal of the sole judge Daniela Shirka, on the grounds that the body should have three members and not one.

Through the lawyers, but also personally, Beleri requested the change of the decision of the first instance, which rejected the request for a special permit from the prison.
