" The story is like this, it looks like a civil conflict between two shareholders, but the conflict is a consequence. The real cause is the tender, it was a fictitious procedure. Several people were appointed who would take over an airport. A Turkish company was taken over, because the papers could not be completed, not even Pacolli, he had no experience in airport management. They took the Turk. The Turk came for the papers, after a year, the Turk left and they say he took 4200 euros for 40% of the shares. A business that, according to the report itself, in 35 years will generate 770 million euros in income, half of it, is sold for 4200 euros.

When the Turks left, they sold it to Pacolli and he had 58% and 40% and went to 98%. However, they say that after the sale by the Turks, there was a pre-contract between Pacolli and Ademi that this 47% would be taken by Valon Ademi.
