Lawyer Indrit Sefa said that today we have an anti-SPAK coalition and according to him, it will be seen in two weeks that in that commission there will be the socialists of Edi Rama and the democrats of Sali Berisha.
In an interview for the show "Open" on News24, Sefa said that it is the first time that a Special Commission has been set up, where the members are the leaders of the parliamentary committees, after the agreement of two heads of parliamentary groups. He said that SPAK has shown that it starts investigations mainly.
" For the Tirana incinerator, the investigation has also started for Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj. Erion Veliaj is being investigated, because it used to be said that he is not investigated, no one touches him. So SPAK starts investigations, even of the leaders ", said Sefa.
According to him, Edi Rama is afraid of SPAK, while he takes concrete actions by setting up a special commission against the Special Prosecutor's Office, attacking SPAK in almost every statement.
" Majority is all under investigation, SPAK has issued 50 arrest warrants and hits crime in a capillary way and this is not a success?", said Sefa.
