The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has stated that Electoral Reform cannot be done by the destroyers of the electoral system, which according to him are Prime Minister Edi Rama, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and the chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta.
In a link to Euronews Albania, Spahiu said that the Electoral Reform should be done by the people through a referendum, after a year-long public debate.
He also said that the old political parties should lower the shutters and an ideological revolution should take place, in order to bring about change in Albania.
" This is what the rooting of the political system does. Justice is not enough. History shows that if you put all the ministers in jail, the others will come and follow in the same way. These parties are bought by oligarchs.
Have you seen any party leader come out and mention the names of the 10 most powerful businessmen in Albania? If the old political parties do not close the shutters, an ideological revolution takes place, there can be no change.
Can some prisoners reform justice? Of course not. We demand electoral reform from those who destroyed the elections in Albania. Who can do this reform, those who destroyed it, or those who were not part of this electoral system.

By setting up an electoral system to destroy small political parties and not to recognize the vote of Albanians in the diaspora.
