The director of the "Hasan Prishtina" Foundation, at the same time the successor of the National Hero Hasan Prishtina, Mr. Mehmet Prishtina accompanied by Mr. Gazmend Boletini – great-grandson of the National Hero Isa Boletini, Prof. Dr. Sabri Kadriu - descendant of the National Hero Idriz Seferi, Mr. Xhavit Kastrati - descendant of the National Hero Shaban Polluzha, today on 09.01.2024, was received by the Mayor of Shkodra Mr. Benet Beci.
On this occasion Mr. Mehmet Prishtina, in the capacity of the Director of the "Hasan Prishtina" Foundation, submitted a request to the Mayor of Shkodra for signing a memorandum with the "Hasan Prishtina" Foundation and coordinating concrete activities related to the activities of the National Hero Hasan Prishtina in Shkodra.
On this occasion, Mr. Prishtina thanks the Mayor of Shkodra for his correctness and readiness for cooperation.
After the meeting with President Beci, the delegation was received by the granddaughter of National Hero Bajram Curri, Mrs. Mimoza Kraja – Meta who lives and works in Shkodër.
At the end of the visit, the delegation with the descendants of emblematic families paid respects to the statue of the National Hero Isa Boletini and Luigj Gurakiqi and visited the old town in Shkodër.
