Even after this letter was published in the media, the prosecutors still did not put it in the file, because as it was said within the SP, Ilir Beqja had paid 1 million Euros not to be touched, but the judge Erjon Bani considered it one of the main pieces of evidence and asked to be investigated.
Now that he has been charged, Ilir Beqja is using the media to charge Ogerta Manastirliu with the responsibility for the reason for the start of the sterilization concession, because she, as the former Director of QSUT, did not put the equipment into operation before the start of the sterilization procedures. the concession.
In fact, the sterilization equipment was purchased and assembled as early as 2011, but was not put to work either by the directors of QSUT and the ministers of Petri Vasili and Vangjel Tavo of the PD-LSI government, nor by director Manastirliu and minister Beqja until December 2015 when the concession started.
The narrowing of SPAK's loop against Ilir Beqje, has increased and intensified its attacks against Ogerta Manastirli, but also the silent counter-attacks of the latter, so much so that both are being "eaten like dogs".
The government clan, the media and the clientelistic segment within SPAK who are protecting and want to save Ilir Beqjen, have begun to use as proof of official and criminal responsibility towards Ogerta Manastirli, the fact that on January 15, 2020, when she was the Minister of Health, she changed the contract of concession, increasing the cost of sterilization by 40 million Euros.
The disregard of Manastirliu's letter is being treated as "negligence and administrative carelessness" of Ilir Beqje without any financial consequences or corruption; while the financial change of the contract by Ogerta Manastirliu is being treated as a violation of the law, an act of corruption and a financial crime.
But in reality, in the mud of the affair of surgical equipment, both are immersed head to toe; according to the documents of the criminal file, it turns out that the 100 million Euro concession was concocted, ordered and implemented by Ilir Beqja with the blessing of Bablok, and he even donated 1.7 million Euro sterilization equipment, electricity, water and the state hall at QSUT to private individuals.
While Ogerta Manastirliu, when she was the director of QSUT, she was committed to having the state pay for the energy and water consumed by the private sector; while when he became minister, he changed the financial value of the concession, adding 40 million Euros to private individuals, over the 100 million Ilir Beqja had given them, at a cost 80 times higher than the real cost.
