Freedom Party MP Monika Kryemadhi has objected to the evidence presented by the Prosecution, describing it as deliberately constructed to create a false perception.
"When we received the list of evidence, which we requested again, we asked the judge for a phone expertise, because everything is built like a fable to create an illusion with the phone messages," she said.
According to Kryemadhi, one of the Prosecution's main pieces of evidence is a message where she expresses her intention to buy a house, a decision that was later retracted by her.
She also rejected the claim that this issue is related to the mining law, emphasizing that the mentioned object does not exist and that the law in question was approved in 2014. Kryemadhi added that she will seek as witnesses the persons who were involved in the drafting of this law.
"The prosecution holds as evidence a message that I wrote saying I wanted to buy a house, which I ultimately canceled."
"He claims that it was taken as a promise for the mining law, first of all the house does not exist, and secondly the law was approved in 2014, a law proposed by Gjiknuri, Rama and a commission led by Shalsi. I will ask all these names as witnesses... They issue the accusation with three messages," she declared.
