The increasing involvement of state police officers in criminal activity or their cooperation with organized crime, which is proven by SPAK investigations, has made the officers subject to the mandatory completion of an integrity verification form.
Euronews Albania has obtained the order of the chief police Muhamet Rrumbullaku, where it is emphasized that by June 30 all employees of central, local or special structures must have completed the form, while on July 2, they must have been submitted to the central apparatus of uniforms blue.
About 12,000 police officers, in addition to questions about whether they have been convicted, investigated, detained or declared wanted by Albanian or foreign judicial authorities, must also answer whether they have had inappropriate contacts, electronic communications or meetings and whether they have exchanged money. favor with persons involved in organized crime.
Also, in the list of 8 questions, they must also answer if they have violated the rules of security of classified information and if they have performed unauthorized activity in the communication systems that administer this information.
Whoever fills in incorrect or untrue data accepts with self-responsibility the termination of legal work relations with the state police, it is stated in the order for filling out the integrity verification form.
This initiative comes at a time when from the SPAK files and the factions of the "Metamorfoza" operation, state police officers have been implicated even at high management levels.
Some time ago, police officers also filled out the form for using the encrypted applications SKY ECC and ENKRO CHAT, where none admitted that they had been part of the secret communication networks that were broken up by the French, Belgian and Dutch authorities in cooperation with Europol.
Questions in the self-declaration form "On the verification of the integrity of the employees of the structures in the State Police":
1) Have you been sentenced by a final decision by the Albanian or foreign judicial authorities?
2) Have you committed a security breach, have you violated the security rules of classified information, have you attempted and succeeded in carrying out unauthorized activity in classified information communication systems?
3) Are you under investigation or trial by Albanian or foreign authorities for criminal offenses?
4) Have you been detained or arrested by Albanian or foreign law enforcement bodies for criminal offenses?
5) Has a coercive personal security measure ever been assigned to you?
6) Has a national or international search warrant for criminal offenses been issued against you?
7) Have you had inappropriate contacts, electronic communications, or any other purposeful meeting or communication with persons involved in organized crime?
8) Have you accepted or exchanged money, favors, gifts or property with persons involved in organized crime?
