The road 'E Dibrës' has 'eaten' a lot of money from the Albanian taxpayers to be equipped with horizontal signage, which includes all the signs drawn on the ground and some occasional traffic lights. Except for the chaos of cars that park everywhere, buildings that "take your breath away" and businesses that put tables on the sidewalk, for those of us who are used to living in noise and chaos, it's not so bad.
If you go near the Madrasah, where the area is known as the 'Chinese market', the chaos increases even more, due to the dense movement of both cars and pedestrians. But the situation becomes even more "traumatic" if you go through the neighborhoods of this street inaugurated on every eve of the election campaign.
Residents of the neighborhood located near garden no. 6 have complained to 'Pamphlet' about the terrible road that is there. "We gave up our salary to repair the cars", they say, sending us photos of the neighborhood. With the construction of new buildings, the situation has worsened and the street has become a real 'horror', which is experienced every day by the residents of the neighborhood.
In order not to speculate, we took photos on the street on a sunny day, because if it was raining, there was a risk of not being able to leave the neighborhood because of the mud, slush and puddles that form there. / Pamphlet
