KMSH emphasizes that it has no information on the reasons for Hosein's visit.
The well-known religious preacher Imran Hosein was banned from entering Albanian territory on Thursday. After a visit to Belgrade, he flew to Tirana, but as soon as he attempted to cross the border, he was given a code red and as a result, the Anti-Terror forces were notified. He was considered a threat to national security and was not allowed to enter our territory, but returned to Belgrade.
But there are still mysteries about who brought him to Albania. He had booked a room in Durrës and was expected to give a lecture in the coastal city. But his arrival has nothing to do with the Muslim Community.
KMSH has reacted after the huge uproar caused by his arrest and announced that they have nothing to do with it.
In its reaction to "Euronews Albania", KMSH emphasizes that it has no information on the reasons for Hosein's visit or on the authorities' decision to detain him in our country.
" The Muslim Community of Albania clarifies that Mr. Imran Hosein has no connection with our institution and has not been invited by the Albanian Muslim Community for any activity, lecture or official visit."
The KMSH also has no information on the reasons for this visit or on the authorities' decision to ban his entry into the country.
"Given that Mr. Hosein has no connection to KMSH, for any clarification regarding the reasons for his detention, we invite you to contact the security authorities and relevant state institutions ," the KMSH states.
