A strong wind is forecast tomorrow, which will go offshore 80, bringing suspension and traffic at sea. As for the minimum values, it is -3 degrees in Has or Bajram Curri. In Tirana, it will be 5-6 degrees, but the temperatures are low for autumn. November will end with unstable weather and the presence of rain," said Porja.
