Journalist Blendi Fevziu has shared on social networks an old photo showing Prime Minister Rama and lawyer Spartak Ngjela. The photo was taken in 1992-1993, shortly after the creation of the first independent newspaper in Albania.
Fevziu said that at the beginning of the 90s, Spartak Ngjela and Edi Rama started publishing a series of articles in the newspaper entitled "Letters from Hell".
"Somewhere from the beginning of the 90s, Spartak Ngjela and Edi Rama discovered a new passion. They began to publish a series of articles in the newspaper Koha Joň entitled "Letters from Hell". The idea was that Enver Hoxha, in hell, he starts sending letter after letter asking what to do with the country now that democracy has come in. The letters were a satire on many of the converted characters of the early democracy and a mockery of the provincialism that began to unfold everywhere.
The photo was probably taken in the years 1992 - 1993 in Tirana. It is not known what could be written now in "Letter from Hell"...", writes the journalist.
