Unjustly released the convicted, ILD demands dismissal of the judge of

The High Inspectorate of Justice (ILD) has requested the dismissal of the judge of Gjirokastra with the initials AD, since the latter has unjustly released on bail a convict who was arrested for a criminal offense that he had repeated before.

The analysis also included 11 decisions given by the judge during the period of 2017-2020, where it is said that the actions and inactions of the magistrate constitute very serious disciplinary violations.
