Investigative journalist, Artan Hoxha, stated that the Albanian police list of 2022 with the 5 most dangerous murderers in Albania is no longer valid.
Invited to the studio of the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV According to Hoxha, the list should be redone because two of them have been arrested and are expected to be extradited from Greece and Turkey. According to him, a new list should be compiled to include those dangerous killers who are still on the run.
" The list was published at the beginning of 2022, the assessment of the five most dangerous murderers: Erjon Llapushi, Ibrahim Lici, Talo Çela, Jani Aliaj and Laert Haxhiu. These posed a personal risk, people involved in direct criminal acts and had carried out executions.
We are in 2024. The list needs to be redone. Laert Haxhiu was arrested. After many operations, he was caught in Greece. One of his gang members became an accomplice and revealed the crimes. We saw where his power and invulnerability came from. His budget bought the entire RENEA ward. Haxhiu was captured in Greece. The people who helped him in obtaining the Greek documentation are in prison in Albania.
The second, Ibrahim Lici, does not run a structure, is not a hired killer, but did it for his own account. He is very tough, he shot with his left hand. He was captured in Istanbul. With Bajrat, they were at the godfather in the beginning, but it broke. He was caught in Turkey, the Albanian police found out that his brother was going to meet him and tracked him down.
Jani Aliaj continues to be in Greece and is wanted and known to operate there. Erjon Llapushi is in Albania, but has not been caught. It is not one of those with a big budget, but it has entered that list with effort. There is no information about Talo Cela, neither is he alive or not, nor has anyone seen him or not. This is the list that should be redone" , said Hoxha.
