Journalist Fatos Mahmutaj spoke about SPAK's investigations into the "January 21" incident, where 4 protesters were killed. He said he was injured on the Boulevard while reporting the incident live.
He says that former bodyguard Arjan Adhami shot Guard chief Ndrea Prendi from the terrace with his pistol. He says that Prendi was raped in Beridha's office, adding that the evidence exists but the institutions are unwilling to investigate it.
"It would be enough if, in the archive of your television or others, the raw footage was taken. That's enough and it's clear who shot. I was wounded on January 21. I had Agim Lluppo in front of me and I had Adham on the terrace shooting with Ndrea Prendi's pistol. The prosecution must do its job. Two days later I was there on the boulevard, the guards soldiers did not allow the group of investigators and prosecutors to approach the designated perimeter.
The joys were to be collected with a broom. The machinery of that state began the manipulation. The doctor said they were killed at close range. All the victims were declared coup plotters. First of all, they identified who shot at people. They were whitewashed. That much is known. The part of the order is a radio intercept of Prendi's order to shoot at the flesh. Prendi comes out with a black eye. He was beaten in the prime minister's office. If we entered somewhere, we would go and come out with a black eye. This is logical. The evidence exists, but there is no will," the journalist said for "Report TV".
