According to documents dated April 16, Anisa Vrioni was involved in an accident in the outskirts of Tirana.

This amount of money was given to him by the person under investigation, Ergest Vrioni, near the apartment of traffic police officer Edison Tabaku.
Investigators have discovered that Ergest Vrioni met Edison at a bar near the police station and he told him that he needed another one because he had other people on his mind.

From the examination of Edison Tabaku's phone, it appears that he has communications with his superiors, specifically the persons under investigation, Sokol Novaku, head of the Accident Investigation Section at the Traffic Police Commissariat, and Roven Zeka, Head of the Traffic Police Commissariat.
