However, a security camera video shows that the vehicle was actually traveling at high speed, but also swerving from one corner of the road to the other. The video was shot a few meters before the accident site.
As a result of the collision, Enea Muçaj, 12 years old, and Klersi Nikolli, 10 years old, lost their lives, while another child, 8 years old, was seriously injured, but managed to survive.
Meanwhile, information about the driver's record has also been brought to light. According to information, four years ago his license was suspended for only one month for speeding, although the Highway Code provided for a harsher measure, up to eight months of driving license suspension.
