The city of Durrës continues to remain under the power of water, where hundreds of families have been flooded and their homes are currently uninhabitable.
One of the residents states that the water level has reached 2 meters, while this is the third time that his apartment has been flooded and he has not received any compensation.
The resident said that Minister Vengu did not offer assistance to the affected citizens, but went for show.
"The water level has risen two meters. My house doesn't open, it's flooded. They came last night, the minister came, he made a show as if he came to help us. A defense minister is coming who has no idea. I've been requesting sewers for 10 years, there are no manholes. This is the third time we've been flooded, I've spent 10 million lek just on repairs and I've never been compensated," the farmer told the media.
