Ilir Meta has reacted from prison to the flooding situation in the country.
Meta states that 'Durrës was not flooded by rain, but by the organized corruption of a gang of thieves in the Municipality and the Government, who embezzled over 46 million euros in so-called investments for the water supply and sewage network and hydropower plants, which do not work.'

"These thieves are responsible for the extensive material damage that thousands of Albanian families in Durrës suffered today from 'Renaissance' theft," Meta wrote on Facebook.
