The "Besëlidhja" neighborhood in Lezha was flooded again during the night, after heavy rainfall hit the area.
The water level has reached up to 40 centimeters, blocking the entrances to buildings and significantly hindering the movement of pedestrians and vehicles. Flooding has also been reported in several segments of the Lezhë-Shëngjin axis.
Meanwhile, a lack of electricity is also reported in most of the region due to bad weather. The relevant teams are working to normalize the situation.
This is the second time in 10 days that the "Besëlidhja" neighborhood has flooded, adding to the community's concerns about the lack of proper infrastructure and the difficulty of coping with intense rainfall.
