"There may be evidence that we still don't know about", Kreshnik

Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu stated that, despite the years that have passed, the investigations by SPAK into the state crime of "January 21" may bring important developments.

While commenting on SPAK's questioning of former president Bamir Topi today as a person with knowledge, according to him, although time has faded the evidence, the possibility cannot be ruled out that SPAK has new evidence that will lead it to other conclusions.

He emphasized that the special body could move from the phase of taking in persons who have knowledge, to taking them in as defendants.

" So many years fade the evidence. But we have often lost many bets in relation to the work of SPAK, it is no wonder that SPAK surprised us positively in this case. It is not excluded that SPAK will have other conclusions and go from taking people into knowledge to taking them into the defendant. The version that the guards shot unintentionally has been dropped, because they would not be decorated for committing negligent homicide, but they were decorated at that time for carrying out a mission that was requested of them. There may be evidence that we still do not know, it seems that there is a kind of ping-pong. Two subjects who may be under investigation, the former prime minister and the former interior minister, are not cooperating with each other now and perhaps they want to pass the ball of criminal responsibility to each other ," he said.
