Journalist Blendi Fevziu was harsh in his reaction to the intervention of the Greek state in defense of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri. Fevziu said in the show "The Unexposed" that this intervention is scandalous and unjustifiable.
The journalist also made a parallel with a case that happened in Greece during the elections with a member of the Turkish minority, where the Greek Prime Minister himself condemned the meeting of the Turkish minority candidate with an employee of the Turkish consulate.

Greece's intervention is scandalous, unjustifiable and in violation of all norms. By what right does Beleri campaign with the flag of Vorio-Epiris, a forbidden symbol in the Albanian state, of division and hatred between countries. If an Albanian in Greece would campaign with the Autoctonus flag of Ballist Morin, where Greece is included within the territories of Greater Albania, what would happen in Greece?
Justice could have used a different standard, but then again, you can't ask them in this kind of way. If Greece talks about blocking the European road, let it block it. Albania is not the past.
