The American Embassy has announced that the lottery to travel to the USA officially opens this afternoon.
All Albanians who want to go to the USA have the right to apply until November 5 of this year.

Remember: Having finished high school or its equivalent is an indisputable qualification requirement , "announces the embassy.
“Fill out the Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form (E-DV Entry Form or DS5501) online at the official website https://dvprogram.state.gov/. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Registration for the Lottery Program is free.

Beginning May 6, 2025, you will be able to check your enrollment status on the official website https://dvprogram.state.gov/ by clicking on Check Enrollee Status and entering your unique confirmation number and personal information . Checking the Registrant Status will be the only way to know about your selection for the DV-2024 Lottery and, if you are selected, you can read instructions on how to proceed with your application. The United States government will not inform you directly. If you are selected and submit a visa application, along with the required documentation, you should use the Registrant Status Check to be informed of your scheduled interview date.
