Journalist Anila Hoxha has discovered what the amendment of the Criminal Code includes, where she spoke about the innovation "conspiracy for corruption".
Hoxha said that there will be an article on 'influence on the independence of the court', where the publication of comments that have influence will be fined or imprisoned for up to 3 years.
Hoxha: There is talk of conspiracy for corruption, anyone who makes a plan to corrupt, individuals who engage. One of the new offenses facing the judiciary will be punishable by any kind of movement comment that aims to influence the court, before they give a decision, has returned to the time of Vetting among the most attacked people, due to the margin of corruption. An indirect intervention, in the Penal Code, will have an article on influence on the independence of the court, publication of comments to exercise influence, distortion of evidence with a fine or imprisonment of up to 3 years.
Hazizaj: We suffer from the copy pastes of neighboring countries, our penal code was with 300 provisions, now it is with 900, it is close to the Italian one, it should be reduced to the Albanian tradition in the points it elaborates, not every sense first goes into the criminal draft in Albanian society.
