Journalist Gildona Daci spoke about the action of SPAK where 7 gangs were hit, as she also discovered alliances between criminal groups to eliminate each other.
She said that the group of Ervis Martinaj collaborated with the group of the former socialist deputy Arben Ndoka to hit their opponents Leonard Duka and Durim Bami respectively.
Duka was Martinaj's enemy after conflicts over gambling, while Ndoka suspected that Durim Bami participated in the elimination of his brother, so according to the journalist, he wanted to eliminate him.
"What stands out is the cooperation of the former group of Ervis Martinaj and the former deputy of the Socialist Party Arben Ndoka. The collaboration was done to hit the rivals. But who are the rivals? Durim Bami and Leonard Duka. Leonard Duka and Ervis Martinaj have been very close friends, they clashed over the issue of gambling, turning into sworn enemies. This war caused all of Ervis Martinaj's friends to be killed and the latter to disappear without a trace, where we have no official notification of what happened to him. At one point in the Martinaj alliance, Ndoka joins Emiljano Shullazi and Avdylaj e Shijak. On the other hand, we have the alliance of Leonard Duke, Fatmir Hysen and Durim Bami. This alliance of criminal groups was made to carry out the elimination of each other. Arben Ndoka was interested in eliminating Durim Bami, since unofficially he has been rumored for the murder of his brother. On the other hand, we have the clash between Durim Bami and Mariklen Haka, where after they cooperated, they have now broken with each other", said the journalist.
