Journalist Artan Hoxha has explained other details regarding the criminal activity of the former deputy of the SP, Arben Ndoka, for whom SPAK has also issued an arrest warrant.
As he explained his activity until running for the SP in 2013, he recalled that during this year's elections, there was an incident in the city of Lezha, which involved MP Monika Kryemadhi and members of the Ndoka tribe.
According to him, Arben Ndoka's brother, Aleksandër Ndoka, was also involved in this "strong and violent" incident.
Continuing further, he added that after the murder of Aleksandër Ndoka, his brother started looking for the killers, thinking that the event happened for political reasons and was ordered by important politicians related to the incident of 2013.
From this point, a chain of events was started with the creation of alliances and clashes between different criminal groups in areas of Albania, which today have led to the SPAK investigation.
"Arben Ndoka was not just a deputy, he represented a tribe or clan that was very powerful in Lezha. Previously, he was an immigrant at a young age, convicted in Italy for prostitution. He came to Albania, became a member of the Guard, then went to the directorate of INUK, from there he became director of the municipality of Tirana during the time of the opposition and then ran for SP.
In 2013, an incident occurred in the Lezha area, where a citizen was killed in Laç on election day. Before this happened, MP Monika Kryemadhi had an incident in Lezhë with members of the Ndoka tribe. Arben Ndoka's brother, Aleksandër Ndoka, was also there. The incident was strong and violent.
Later, Ndoka takes the mandate, SP reverses the situation in Lezhë. The decriminalization law comes out and Ndoka loses his mandate because the sentence came from Italy. What happens, his brother was a representative of the local government and is killed in an assassination attempt. From this moment, the Ndoka tribe started the research to find out who killed the brother and they thought that the killing was done for political reasons and they thought that this was ordered from Tirana by important politicians, related to the incident of 2013.
A chain of events has started from the assassination, the Ndokats have been looking for the killers. Bardhok Pllana has negotiated with the Ndoka tribe and has assumed that there are no members of the Rraja tribe from Nikla in this event. Then the members of the Bami family brought in another negotiator to dispel doubts. The other person who did not negotiate in this story is Mariglen Haka. The Ndokat team up with Ervis Martinaj and the Shkodra group with Bajrat and use the connections in Shijak.
