Journalist Ferdinand Dervishi spoke about SPAK's action, where 7 criminal groups were hit and 50 arrest warrants were issued for crime bosses in the country.
In an interview for the "Review" show on "Euronews Albania", he emphasized that the TIMS system was used to kill people, where he cited the case of the director of the narcotics trafficking section in the Lezha directorate, who helped criminal groups in their inputs and outputs. Among other things, he showed how former MP Arben Ndoka was involved in criminal groups.
" The most serious was that of Oltjon Bistri, a character who had three different positions in one year. To be appointed director in Durrës, you must have some merit. What impresses me the most is that it turns out that the director, the head of the narcotics traffic section in the Lezha directorate, helped a criminal group by watching the entrances and exits in TIMS.
This is why TIMS is so valuable against criminal groups. TIMS was used to kill people. I wanted to return to political characters, we have Ndoka. This is not that there is a criminal group that commits murder, this story started after they killed his brother. He enters the investigations and is determined that the Fushë-Kruja group did it. The killing was politically motivated ," he said.
