Lawyer Spartak Ngjela told 'Studio Live' that the tactic of dragging out the preliminary hearing of the affair in the 'Partizani' file, where the defendant is Sali Berisha, his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi and 3 others, is coming to an end and will go to trial.
He holds the defendants' lawyers responsible for this over 6-month delay in the case, which should not have taken more than a month according to criminal procedure.
"The lawyers have dragged it out, they have had it in their hands until now, this is the end, it has come to an end. If they drag it out any longer, the Court will fail, it will be up to them. But I believe it is at the end, it will be resolved. When it is, tomorrow, I think it will go towards the end", the lawyer said, among other things.
Ngjela was also asked by moderator Arbër Hitaj about the DP campaign consultant, Chris LaCivita, whether he has the strength to remove Berisha's 'non-woman' and help him win the elections.
