Lawyer Arben Llangozi has informed that the mayor of Skrapar Adriatik Mema has been criminally reported to SPAK, as he is accused of the criminal offense of corruption and abuse of office.
Llangozi writes that Mema is accused of favoring "Topi - Eki" sh.pk through inaction and citizens Anesti Topi, who were reported together with the mayor.

"The mayor of the municipality Skrapar Adriatik Mema, is criminally charged in SPAK, he is accused of the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", and of the criminal offense of abuse of office.
He is accused of favoring the Company "Topi - Eki" sh.pk and the citizen Anesti Topi, who have been reported together with the mayor, these citizens are also accused of the criminal offense of "Active corruption of high state officials or local elected officials" ", and "Cleaning of the proceeds of the criminal offense".
