Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha revealed that Alma has sought protection from the authorities after being threatened. The journalist further pointed out that she was not protected and was not even allowed to take her child out of Albania.

"She has asked for protection. She has been threatened. But she is not currently under protection. She tried to take her child to her family, somewhere next to Albania, and they did not allow her. Her life and that of her family must be guaranteed. Without this process is a failure. She may withdraw because of the pressure. I spoke to her on the phone.
