Journalist Ola Xama has spoken about the recent arrests of SPAK in Tirana's municipality. She says that Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato have their apartments, in the Kodra e Dielli residence, near the residence of the head of the municipality, Erion Veliaj.
Xama said that these directors have awarded the tender to the owner of the residential area, thus fixing the house with state money.
"When I was looking at the data of Tirana Water and Sewerage, they all know that they have their houses in Kodra e Diellit, they gave the one who owns Kodra e Diellit, also the tender to do the systems and sewers of the water supply, all those thousands tender euro, at their house. So even to arrange their house they made a tender.
If you look at the hotel company in Durrës, 4 companies have shares. One was named "Res Tour", the other "Eti Tour", by Elvi Tivar, director of sales in the water supply, Dritan Kadiu named it "Daku Tour". So even with the names they used mockery, putting their initials" , said Xama for "TPZ".
