Also today, the judge of the Appeal of the JJKKO, Ilirjana Olldashi, is expected to announce the decision on the two requests of the former prime minister Sali Berisha, the one against the house arrest measure, as well as the dismissal of the judge Irena Gjoka from his case.

Yesterday's session lasted for about three hours, while in the end Olldashi decided to postpone the announcement of the decision for the former prime minister in the investigation of the Partizani affair.

Berisha is in the hands of the judge who released his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi from prison.

Berisha's son-in-law was arrested in Rinas on October 20, on charges of 'corruption' and 'money laundering' in the case of the former "Partizani" complex.

He was held in custody pending a change in his security measure. Also, on October 20, the court decided the property insurance measure "preventive sequestration", for 16 real estates of Malltez, 6 bank accounts worth 250 thousand euros and Jamarbër Malltez's shares in the companies "Homeplan", "Magnet IMO" and "Magnet Gym&Fit.

According to SPAK, Malltezi has benefited 5.4 million euros from the return of the army's property, in construction land, presenting this income as business profit, with the help of businessman Fatmir Bektashi, at a time when, according to SPAK, he had not made any investment.

Since November 21, Jamarbër Malltezi is under house arrest.

The Appeal decision of the GJKKO ordered the release of Jamarer Malltezi from the detention facilities in case he is not held for any other reason and also orders the investigated person not to leave his apartment located at the address {...} and not to communicate with persons others with the exception of those who live in the same apartment with him.

Through the lawyers, Malltezi requested the return of the phone and computers as well as some other written materials, seized by order of SPAK.
