Kreshnik lawyer Spahiu said that Prime Minister Edi Rama is not interested in a former prime minister going to prison, even Sali Berisha.
Spahiu said that he does not think that Edi Rama is behind the proceedings for Meta and Berisha, according to him, the USA is behind SPAK.
He also said that Rama cannot have an interest in bringing former prime ministers to justice, since in 25 years of politics he too may have made his mistakes.
"Rama is undoubtedly unhappy with SPAK, the special prosecution has taken the face of the Socialist Party. SPAK has hit the socialist government so hard that Rama has been forced to fill the government and institutions with women, because all the men have gone to prison or are wanted.
In its essence, he is removed as if he is the man who built the new justice, but this new justice has taken the face of the Socialist Party. Second, I don't think that Rama has any very positive will to proceed with Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha, because during 33 years people who have been in dozens of positions of power do not welcome the opening of precedents for the proceedings of high officials.
