Defense Minister Niko Peleshi has given details on the fire at the paint factory in Maminas. He writes that a group of chemists has been sent to the area, while measures are being taken to avoid endangering the lives of citizens.
" Firefighting vehicles and forces from Tirana and Durrës, with help from the Civil Emergency Support Base, have engaged in extinguishing a large-scale fire in a paint factory, on the Tirana-Durrës highway, in Maminas.
A group of specialists from the National Chemistry Capacity is also on site to take measurements and be on standby.
With all the capacities on the ground, to avoid the danger for the citizens and the houses nearby.
We call on citizens to avoid moving towards the highway until the situation calms down! ", he writes.
