Former prosecutor Eugen Beci commented on today's report of SPAK head Altin Dumani before the Assembly.
Beçi expressed that there was a paradox regarding today's reporting, saying that Duman had in front of him probably all the subjects of his investigations and the institution he leads.
According to him, in this way it is difficult to have a normal report regarding the reporting and accountability of the legislature.
He added that in front of the head of the Special Prosecutor's Office, the left camp appeared "with an obvious servility", while the right camp had a more critical and opposing approach towards Duman.
" Starting from the report to the Assembly, there is a big paradox here that should probably be resolved with Kushteuta. Triggered by the fact that one of the representatives of the majority spoke and defended the head of SPAK, saying that this is our vetting, here the scheme is broken down. A person who goes to the parliament hall and has all the subjects of his investigations there, it is difficult to have a normal report in terms of reporting and accountability of the legislature.
The left camp with obvious servility supported the head of SPAK and on the other side the right camp that even if Dumani said hello, they would say "loot". Today's session for these reasons was very difficult to understand that the head of SPAK appears in the parliament to say that impunity has come to an end, but I hope that the day of punishment without law will not come. Deputies should have been more clear in their questions. I didn't hear any deputy for violation of principles except Leskaj ," he said, invited to the studio of the show "Open" on News24.
