Work continues on extinguishing the fires, where 3 fires are currently active in the country.
In the District of Dibra, work has continued from the ground and from the air to extinguish the fire that occurred in the village of Kurdari, municipality of Klos.
The fire in Balgjaj, Kurdari village, has developed into two fires, one of which has been brought under control.
One of the foci has developed in the direction of the lakes of Balgjaj, Kurdari on the surface with pine and beech sprouts, but it has been partially kept under control. To put out the fire, 23 forces and the FA helicopter were engaged.
Also, the work continues to extinguish the fire that broke out in Buza Dede above the village of Gurë-Lure, Dibër municipality. There are currently two active fire outbreaks, one in the pasture, while the other outbreak is developing in the forest with ah in the place called Plehenaj, where the fire is developing very actively helped by high temperatures, strong wind and dry waste accumulated over the years .
Firefighters, the force from the Administration of Protected Areas, the municipal and volunteer force are working to bring the flames under control.
Also in Elbasan district, between Xhyra mountain and Qukes administrative unit, Prrenjas municipality, there was a fire on an area with oak, juniper and maple. Workers on the ground have managed to isolate the hearth of the fire and are keeping it under control, but due to the large amount of humus the fire inside continues and is strong. 25 FA operatives have been involved in this action, bringing the flames under control, but work continues to keep it contained ," the National Civil Defense Agency announced.
