In the region of Shkodra, it is reported that there was a rock slide on the Theth - Bregu i Lumit axis, blocking a part of the road during the evening. But today the axis is passable.
While on the Kulla e Bajraktari-Qafë Thore road axis, it is reported that there is about 15 cm of snowfall
The situation in Shkodër district:

Until now, no problems have been reported from the MC sector.
- Yesterday evening on the road axis Theth - Bregu i Lumit, there was a landslide and as a result they blocked a part of the road. From the MC sector we are informed that the above road axis is passable today.

- In the territory of Malesi e Madhe municipality, no problems are reported.
- In the Kastrat administrative unit and in the village of Vermosh, there was a power outage.
- On the Kulla e Bajraktari - Qafe Thore road axis, there is about 15 cm of snowfall.

- In the territory of the municipality of Vau Dejes, rains continue with medium intensity, no problems are reported.
- The roads are open and traffic continues without problems.

- No EC problems have been reported so far.
▪︎ Fushe Arrez Municipality,
- In the territory of the municipality of Fushe Arrez, the snowfall continues with average intensity at a height of more than 800 m above sea level. No problems reported.

Northern Road Authority, Shkoder,
- No problems are reported on the road axes covered by DRV Shkoder.
- The Qafe Mali-Fierze axis has had about 5 cm of snow, but without causing any problems.

- During 24 hours, it rained with an average intensity of about 30 mm.
