The situation created as a result of the rain in Vlora this Monday morning has improved. In the most problematic areas, rainwater has begun to recede.
The roads that were underwater until late in the evening are now completely passable. There is no water on the Pavarësia neighborhood road no. 3 on “Kosova” street, Skela area, as well as in the area near the Vlora library, “29 nëntori” neighborhood.
There is still water in the neighborhood, suburban areas, mainly in the courtyards of the houses and at the entrances of the buildings. In the suburban neighborhood "Kushtrimi", more than 20 houses are surrounded by water and the residents cannot leave the house.
Likewise, on the road axis Kuç-Qeparo, yesterday evening, due to the rains, there were landslides, which blocked this axis for several hours, and the intervention of the traffic police of the municipality of Himara was necessary to open the road. In the city, this Monday morning, there is presence of mud.
