Vezir Gjikoka, one of the 5 persons prosecuted by SPAK in the case of the mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, turns out to have been prosecuted and taken as a defendant in another criminal case, such as the alienation of property in the area of Perivollo in Dhërmi.
Gjikoka, a former lawyer of the Mortgage of Vlora, turns out to have been involved in arbitrary actions not only in the case of the alienation of 5512 m2, but also in the case of the alienation of an area of 1430 m2 in the area of Perivollos, on which the complex was built tourist "Ambel Beach".
For this case, the prosecution of Vlora has filed criminal charges against Vezir Gjikoka and several other officials, including the beneficiary of the property, Helidon Gjikoka. This case is currently at the trial stage in the court of Vlora.
Vizier Gjikoka is the cousin of Helidon Gjikoka, the beneficiary of the property of 1430 meters, near the coast of the "Ion" sea in Dhërmi.
While for the second case, Vezir Gjikoka was taken under investigation along with the mayor of Himare, Jorgo Goron, Jerasimo Bashin, Bilbil Aliaj and Stavri Mëhilli.
In this case, it was Mihallaq Bonjaku, the one who filed a criminal complaint against some officials, claiming that they took the property by the sea and built a tourist resort on it, Artan Gaçi, the husband of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka .
But not much time passed from this report filed in Vlora, another report for the same case was made by Alfred Beleri, the winning candidate of the municipality of Himarë, who accused Jorgo Goro, as the holder who had legitimized the illegal practice, with the aim of mortgage of the property in the name of Stavri Mëhilli.
The latter has falsified the AMTP of the property, and after obtaining confirmations from the Himarë municipality, in 2019 he applied to the mortgage of Vlora for the registration with a certificate of ownership of 5512 m2 of land, located by the sea.
For almost a year, this application of Stavri Mëhilli remained untouched in the mortgage of Vlora.
But suddenly someone with strong influences and influence in the mortgage sphere intervened in the ASHK of Vlora and the file was pulled from the dust of joy, being registered in the name of Stavri Mihilli.
Furthermore, the latter concluded a sales contract with Artan Gaçi's company, "AG.LCC", transferring the property in the name of the former socialist official and the husband of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka.
Two buildings of a tourist superresort have been built on this property, bringing dissatisfaction to Mihallaq Bonjaku and Alfred Beleri./ Oranews
