The murderer, Dan Hutra, who executed 3 women in one day, tried to escape from Fier prison, where he is serving his sentence.
The Deputy Minister of the Interior, Julian Hodaj, reacted in relation to this event, where he stated that fortunately the escape attempt was prevented.
" In general, if we take into account the dynamics of these structures, we can say that it is fine with that. And it's good that luckily such an event was prevented, as we all know what he managed to do when he was outside" , he said.
Also during this interview, he emphasized that over the years the number of murders has decreased and that today the situation has improved.
"The factors that have helped to reduce serious incidents are the cooperation with the authorities. If we look at the trend over the years, the figures of the last years show us a decrease. We must say that the figures have improved and this makes us work with more responsibility" , Hoda emphasized in "ABC News".
